Whether you register a single person or a group of persons - the price is based on the total number of days booked with one order:

All prices are net plus VAT and include congress documentation, event catering and evening event(s) for the day(s) you have booked.

Registration is subject to the Terms and Conditions for ESE Kongress.

* Important information regarding registration *

You can register a single person or a group of persons.
Only one invoice will be issued per registration.
Indicate your order number if required for your internal ordering process.
If your internal order number is mandatory for your processing our invoice, please submit your booking only if this order number is already available.
For each attendee, select day ticket(s) and on MON and FRI also the required seminar/s.
Seminar selection on MON and FRI is binding; from TUE-THU, you are free to change between tracks.
For subsequent booking of additional day(s) for an attendee already booked and thus invoiced, a new, additional invoice will be issued for the additional day(s).
After submission of the registration, attendees get an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
The e-mail with the download link to the invoice will be sent to the billing contact.
If we have to reissue an invoice due to missing or incorrect information or changes to the booking volume, we will charge a processing fee of 50.- EUR plus VAT.

Price calculation

Simply add up all days of the attendee or group of attendees to determine the price from the table above.

Example - one attendee: If you book 4 days, the total price is 2,040 €. If you book by 31 Oct., you will benefit from special early bird rates and the total price is only 1,840 €.

Example - group: If you book 4 days for yourself and 3 days for your colleague, this amounts to
7 days. The total price is 3,430 €, resp. 3,080 € early bird.
