Accompanying programme
An extensive accompanying program enriches our annual conference. Separate registration is required for the following events outside the conference program.
At FORTRAMA25 you are a guest at OTH Regensburg - and thus also a visitor to the World Heritage city at the northernmost point of the Danube. In addition to the FORTRAMA25 workshop and seminar program, you will also have the opportunity to get to know the venue better by taking part in two guided tours of the city:

12 March, 16:00 – 17:30 - Brewing tour - tour of the brewing process engineering workshop
FORTRAMA25 - something is brewing to get you in the mood: In addition to a tour of the individual rooms of the process engineering workshop, a brewing process will be demonstrated. There will be a beer tasting and a small Bavarian catering on site. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Siegfried Schramml will inform the participants about various projects with the students and about the research activities there.
Registered participants meet at Prüfeninger Straße 58 at the main entrance of OTH Regensburg at this location, directly in front of the university is the bus stop “Lessingstraße” of lines 1, 4 and N4.
Directions:
The OTH Prüfening site is not located on the campus on Seybothstraße, where the FORTRAMA events take place. You can get to the OTH Prüfening site:
- on foot from the old town in 30 minutes;
- by bus lines 1 and 4, for example, from the old town - get off at the Lessingstraße stop, where the OTH Prüfening site is located;
13 March, 19:30 - Evening event / Cruise on the Danube
Welcome on board! As part of the FORTRAMA25 program, in addition to the workshops and lectures at OTH Regensburg, there will be an evening together on the Danube. During a cruise on the two ships Kristallkönigin and Kristallprinzessin you can network over dinner and then round off the event with DJ music on one of the two ships.
