General Terms and Conditions for the XPONENTIAL Europe 2026

1. The Call for Presentation submission shall address one of the seven topics mentioned above.
2. Submission of a call for presentation does not guarantee acceptance of the entry. Messe Düsseldorf/AUVSI reserves the right to select relevant presentations with the support of an expert review committee.
3. The submissions must be expert presentations and may not be used for product or service advertising.
4. Presentation language is English
5. Deadline for submissions: - 29 August 2025
6. Accepted proposals should be notified the week of 25 October 2025
