General Terms and Conditions of the DGPs for the 54th DGPs Congress 2026 in Luxembourg

Registration Process
To register for the DGPs Congress, you must first create an account. This account also allows you to submit an abstract for the conference.

Please note: If your abstract is accepted for presentation, you must register by June 30th, 2026, to confirm your participation. Failure to register by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your contribution from the final program.

Registration Fees and Discounts
Reduced registration fees apply for:

• Active members of the DGPs or the SLP (Société Luxembourgeoise de Psychologie)
• PhD students
• Master’s and Bachelor’s students

Proof of membership or student status may be required.

Deadlines:

• Early bird registration ends on June 30th, 2026
• Late registration ends on August 31st, 2026
• On-site registration will be available during the conference.

What is included?
All tickets include hot and cold drinks as well as snacks during the conference.

Please note: Tickets for the conference dinner and/or party must be booked separately.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation in the congress and/or any social events, the following refund rules apply:

• Until June 30th, 2026: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee)
• Until August 31st, 2026: 40% refund (60% cancellation fee)
• From September 1st, 2026: No refund possible (100% cancellation fee)

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may nominate a substitute participant to take your place. In this case, the substitute must also present your first-author contribution, if applicable.
