FAAS Sustainability Day: General Terms & Conditions

The Sustainability Day 2025 event is organised by FAAS AISBL.
- Registration
Registrations for the Sustainability Day 2025 are possible between 1 September 2025 and 16 November 2025. FAAS members and third parties are allowed to register for the event during the indicated registration period, for as long as places are available. Registrations submitted outside of the registration period or after reaching the event capacity may not be accepted.
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Sustainability Day 2025 event, participants acknowledge and agree to these General Terms & Conditions.
- Personal Data and Use of Media
During the registration process, personal information will be collected. This information, as well as any audiovisual materials (such as photographs, video recordings, or audio) generated during the event, may be used by FAAS AISBL for purposes related to the organisation, execution, and promotion of the event.
FAAS AISBL may disclose personal data and media materials to third parties when necessary to facilitate the event. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the organisers in writing before the event.
- Cancellation and Reimbursement
Participants may cancel their registration and receive a reimbursement of their participation fee up to and including 16 November 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 16 November 2025, regardless of reason.
- Changes to the Event
FAAS AISBL reserves the right to change the date, location, or agenda of the event. These changes do not affect the cancellation and reimbursement policy outlined above.
- Force Majeure
In the event that Sustainability Day 2025 must be cancelled due to force majeure, FAAS AISBL is not obligated to reimburse participation fees or cover any related costs incurred by attendees.
- Speaker Participation
Speakers at the Sustainability Day 2025 consent to share their contact and biographical information with event attendees. Faas reserves the right to publish the speaker’s name, employer, physical work address, work email address, and a link to the company website and/or professional LinkedIn page, to facilitate networking, follow-up communication, and information exchange.
Speakers may also be required to sign a release agreement or copyright form prior to their participation.
- Final Provisions
FAAS AISBL reserves the right to update or amend these General Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of substantial changes in a timely manner.
