General Terms & Conditions for the
Successful R & I in Europe 2026

MANDATORY FOR PARTICIPATION! 

Responsible for the organisation and implementation of Successful R&I in Europe 2026 – 13th European Networking Event is ZENIT GmbH/NRW.Europa. By registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set down below, which constitute the entire agreement between you and ZENIT GmbH/NRW.Europa in respect of your attendance at Successful R&I in Europe 2026 – 13th European Networking Event. Any prior arrangements, agreements, representations, warranties or undertakings are superseded on submission of your registration form to ZENIT GmbH/NRW.Europa. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty that is not set out in these Terms & Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no other terms are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. ZENIT GmbH/NRW.Europa reserves the right to amend or replace any of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and on notice to you by publishing the revised Terms & Conditions on the event website. 

Cancellation Policy 

Registration is binding. If you are obliged to cancel, please acknowledge that your participation fee will not be refunded. You may, however, name a replacement.

The closing date for registration is Friday, 6 February 2026. If the event is booked out before that date, we reserve the right to close registration earlier.

Payment of the participation fee is due within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. In the event of registration less than 14 days before the event, the participation fee is due no later than the day before the event (18.02.2026).

Important note: If restrictions are imposed by regional/national/EU authorities that oblige us to cancel the event (e.g. another pandemic or other type of emergency), please appreciate that we cannot be held liable for any costs you might have incurred. The only exception is the conference fee (if paid), which will be reimbursed.
