General Terms and Conditions for the Swiss 3Rs Day „3Rs in Infectious Disease and Immunology”

Registration fee

CHF 160,00 for Professionals (Full Price)
CHF 50,00 for Students and Technicians (Reduced)

Instructions for Registrants

Registrants holding a student ID including PhD students fall into the “Student” category. All other registrants fall into the “Professional” category. Student status must be verified.

Acknowledgement

Registrations will be accepted through Converia, and all payments made through the Swiss 3RCC website. On-site registration will not be possible on the event day.

Payment

Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payment shall be made via credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We understand that situations arise in which you are unable to attend. To request a refund, please contact info@swiss3rcc.org with the subject "refund request 3Rs Day 2026".
  • For professionals - refund requests received prior to May 10th, 2026 will receive a full refund, no refund will be granted after this date due to venue and catering costs.
  • For students - refund requests received prior to May 10th, 2026 will receive a full refund, no refund will be granted after this date due to venue and catering costs.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows on the day of the event.
  • Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.

Legal basis

Organisers of the congress are the Swiss 3RCC. The organisers and their authorised representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organisers. Swiss law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.

Photos and Images

In accepting the terms and conditions, you grant the Swiss 3RCC the right to use your image in connection with the conference proceedings and for dissemination purposes, including publication in 3RCC’s reports to stakeholders, on its website, and on its social media channels. If you would like to opt out of your image being used, please contact info@swiss3rcc.org with the subject "image consent 3Rs Day 2026".
