WarmWorld and related projects from across Europe and the world are organizing the km-Scale Global Modelling Summit 2026 to take stock of the rapid and exciting scientific and technical developments associated with the development of the next generation km-scale climate models.

Important dates

  • March 31, 2026 - deadline for abstract submission
  • April 10, 2026 - confirmation deadline and invoicing
  • June 20, 2026 - deadline for payments

Official Language

The official language of the km-Scale Summit 2026 is English. Please note that simultaneous interpretation will not be available, so we kindly ask that authors are comfortable presenting their research in English.

Rules of Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the congress center, except in designated smoking areas.
  • Copying presentations from the desktops in the lecture rooms is not allowed.
  • Please make sure to switch off your mobile phones during sessions.
  • Taking photos of any scientific material presented at the conference is prohibited.
