We would like you to know that we just opened an OSF site for sharing your presentation at DPPD 2019! Please visit https://osf.io/meetings/DPPD2019/ to upload your presentation slides or poster. The more the better, just consider that with six sessions in parallel or 68 posters at once, your presentation might get lost, or that someone present at your talk or poster might have found your presentation most intriguing, but his or her cell phone shots of your talk or poster turned out to be unreadable. Therefore, share your presentation, please!
The poster session will take place Tuesday 17 September from 4 to 6 PM in the Main Hall. A list of poster titles and author names can be found here: DPPD 2019 Poster List. Poster format is A0 (841 × 1189 mm/33.1 × 46.8 inch) portrait.t
The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday 15 September 2019 at L'Osteria, Willsdruffer Str. 14-16 (https://goo.gl/maps/XCGEz4wh5s9npsPS7), near the famous Church of our Lady. Starting 8 pm, let us meet there for some pasta and pizza and get in the mood for the DPPD 2019. We kindly ask you to let us know if you will participate at this link https://umfragen.psych.tu-dresden.de/sozsci/DPPD2019/. This will allow us to reserve enough seats. You can pick up your congress documents there and register on-site if necessary.
Please note that accompanying the DPPD 2019, a panel discussion "Different+Hostile?" will be held on Monday 16 September at 7 pm in the Klemperer-Saal of the Saxon State and University Library Dresden (SLUB, see here for the location). Organized by Rainer Riemann (Bielefeld University), this event will bring together seven renown researchers who will discuss the pressing topic of xenophobia.
The conference dinner will take place on Tuesday 17 September in the lovely Carolaschlösschen (https://www.carolaschloesschen.de/) located in the beautiful Great Garden of Dresden (https://goo.gl/maps/ocy6e8zwvqUAbTj38). Starting from 7 pm we will get together with excellent food and drinks. We will provide a bus shuttle. Please bring your event ticket which was provided to you along with the conference booking confirmation.
