Conference Fees

Prices for the virtual Drive Train Technology Conference ATK 2021 and Conference for Wind Power Drives CWD 2021
Guest	400,- EUR excl. VAT
Speaker	200,- EUR excl. VAT

The fee includes conference documents, access to the virtual event as well as networking options.

Please see the following cancellation policy according to the Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellations made before February 9^th, 2021 will receive a refund less 100,- EUR.
• For cancellations after February 9^th, 2021 no refunds can be granted.
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• Bank administration fees and credit card fees will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be made after the conference.

The participant has the right to appoint a substitute at any time.

Changing a booking option will be charged with a service fee of 20,- EUR.

All cancellations and changes must be administrated through the conference web page.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the program, the speakers and the times of presentations. If the number of participants is insufficient, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference and all related products and/or services without any liability on his part. In the case of a cancellation by the Organizer participants will be reimbursed the registration fee actually paid.
