The registration fees for the conference are:

• Regular Participants: €75
• Student Participants: €25

All participants are required to finance their own travel and accommodation.

Please note that the registration fee and the abstract fee are to be considered as two separate costs. The abstract fee is an abstract processing fee which does not include your participation to the Symposium. The registration fee is related to your attendance to the event and needs to be paid in order to access the venue premises.

Cancellation Policy:

• Registration fees are not refundable in case of no attendance.
• As a special case, if the conference is cancelled or postponed due to the pandemic situation, registration fees will be reimbursed.
