Registration fees

• Standard rate for academic participants: 300€. Early Bird registration: 250€
• reduced rate for DGfB members: 250€. Early Bird registration: 200€
• Standard rate for students: 170€. Early Bird registration: 140€
• reduced rate for DGfB student members 120€ Early Bird registration: 90€
• Day ticket: 100€

The conference fee includes:

• Participation in the scientific program September, 25 to September, 28 2022
• Name tag and delegate bags
• Lunches and Coffee breaks
• Welcome reception, September 25, 2022

Instructions for registrants

The amount is payable within 14 working days after registration by bank transfer with the reference “Biophys2022, invoice number, first name last name”

Acknowledgement

Registration and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.

 

Cancellation policy

In case the conference needs to be cancelled due to the pandemic situation, fees will be 95% refunded. 5% will be retained for organizational purposes.

In case the participants cancel their participation, conference fees will be refunded as follows:

100% in the case of cancellation before July 15

50% in the case of cancellation after July 15 and until August 21, 2022

0% in the case of cancellation after August 21, 2022

The organizers and their authorized representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organizers. German law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Konstanz, Germany.
