REMOTE PARTICIPATION VIA ZOOM WEBINAR

How to get your ticket:

1. Zoom account required: Please register here on Zoom if you have no Zoom account already: https://zoom.us/signup
2. Click on “Register as attendee”
3. Select a participant type (regular, reduced) and enter your voucher code if you are an ECSA-member.
4. Click on “Accept offer and continue”.
5. Log in or register with your personal data.
6. Read and accept the privacy policy.
7. Click on “Save details and continue”.
8. In the booking summary you can edit your data if necessary.
9. Click “Proceed to checkout”.
10. Select method of payment (bank transfer, credit card or PayPal).
11. To finalize and confirm the booking, please click the button “Complete booking subject to charge”.
12. For students, pensioners and unemployed (reduced) only: upload your verification document (e.g. student card, unemployment/pension verification letter).
13. You will get a personalised link in the week prior to the conference to participate remotely, which cannot be shared with other persons.

If problems occur, you can restart the booking process by clicking on the button “Cancel Registration” on the upper right and “start new booking process”.

Registration for the conference is open to March 15, 2024. Please note that starting from March 1, 2024, you will only be able to pay by credit card or PayPal. Payment by bank transfer will no longer be available.

If you registered with the reduced fee, please upload the verification document following the registration process. If you are unable to provide proof of your student, pensioner, or unemployed status, we may need to cancel your booking. Please ensure you have the required documentation to avoid any inconvenience.

Reduced (Eligibility: students, pensioners, unemployed)

Everyone who has an individual ECSA membership is allowed to register with the ECSA fee by using a voucher code. Institutions that have an ECSA membership are allowed to send 3 members each with the ECSA fee. If you would like to become a member, you can join the association via the ECSA website. Please contact info@ecsa.ngo if you are a member and have not received a voucher. If you register as a new member, you will receive your voucher code by email within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund upon cancellation before March 15, 2024

After March 16, 2024, we are unable to offer any refund upon cancellation 

Programme included:

A remote participation will allow you to participate in the oral sessions as a speaker and as a listener. Keynote speeches will be live-streamed publicly, so you don’t need to register to watch the keynotes online. Unfortunately, the remote ticket does not allow for participation or convening of the workshops/short trainings/open formats or focus sessions.
