Conference fees

The Conference fees include

• Welcome reception
  Finger food, beverages such as sparkling wine, red and white wine, juice, water, and various soft drinks

• Lunch during the conference
  Full vegetarian, vegan, or regular meal including one beverage upon personal choice. The choice of meal will be made in advance during the registration process via the conference website during the individual registration.

• Refreshments during coffee breaks
  Fruits, cake, coffee, various choice of tea, juice, water, various soft drinks, etc.

• Free ticket for an unlimited use of the public transport system during the entire duration of the conference
  This includes all public transport vehicles such as bus, regional train and city train (S-Bahn), suspension monorail (“Schwebebahn”) but excluding taxi and fast trains like Inter-City-Express.

• Furthermore included:
  
  • The possibility to submit to Special Issues of International Journals
  • Recommendation for accommodations: a list of numerous hotels at different levels is provided, where a certain number of rooms is reserved until a certain deadline. The respective keyword is provided here.
  • Digital program and digital book of abstracts
  • Full management and information (including registration and payment) via the conference website
