1. Is it possible to refund the conference or travelling expenses?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your expenses. But we refer to external possibilities for financial support like the DAAD: https://www2.daad.de/deutschland/stipendium/datenbank/en/21148-scholarship-database/?detail=50015456

2. Where do I find the links to hybrid panels

A few panels will be held in a hybrid format, because participants were not able to travel to Göttingen. The links to the online-sessions can be found in the programm under details for each panel with the addition "hybrid".

3. What is included in the conference fee?

Besides the participation, coffee breaks are included.

4. Is it possible to arrange a book stand, and how much does it cost?

Yes, we have arranged possibilities to arrange book stands. Placing a book stand is free of charge. Advertisements in the conference folders will be charged with a fee of 50,00 €.
