180.00 € Academic / Practitioner (regular fee)
150.00 € Academic / Practitioner (early bird fee)
150.00 € Doctoral Student (regular fee)
120.00 € Doctoral Student (early bird fee)

 Instructions for registrants

  1. The participation fee depends on time of the registration. The “early bird fee” is available for participants registering by May 31, 2021 or before. Afterwards the regular fee applies.
  2. Participants enrolled in a Doctoral or PhD program qualify as doctoral students and may register by paying the reduced fee.
  3. If clarification is required, doctoral or PhD students may be asked to provide proof of their status.

Acknowledgement

Registration and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.

Cancellation policy

  • For cancellations received before May 31, 2021, the participation fee will be refunded less a handling fee of 20 €.
  • For cancellations, occurring after May 31, 2021 no refunds can be made.
  • Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.
  • Changing a booking to another name is connected to a handling fee of EUR 20.00 €.

Legal basis

Organizers of the congress is the Institute for Technological Innovation, Market Development and Entrepreneurship at Bielefeld University.

The organizers and their authorized representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organizers. German law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Bielefeld, Germany.

Images / photographs

During the conference and the accompanying program, film footage, photographs and audio recordings shall be made. During the registration process, participants can consent to such recordings and thereby agrees with a possible publication of this footage within the media coverage of the conference. Such footage may be used and published free of charge and without limitations (e.g. in terms of time and place) by the organizer.
