Jens Stapelfeldt studied applied microelectronic in Wilhelmshaven and Manchester UK and works today as TSL (Technical Sales lead) and AI-Eco System Manager for AMD in Europe supporting the distribution and their customers. Before he joined the WW XILINX now AMD (Feb 2022) TSL team he worked as Senior Processor FAE for Texas Instruments and business manager and trainer for the ARM ATC and Xilinx Training partner Doulos.In 2018 Jens finished a part time international Executive MBA at the University of Bremen, which included several weeks at partner universities in Hong Kong, Cambridge and Dublin Business Schule. For this MBA Master Thesis “Market opportunities from the next technology megatrend “Artificial Intelligence” for the semiconductor industry”, he analysed 650 AI Start-ups in Europe.Jens is teaching at the PHWT (Private Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik) Digital signal processing, FPGA programming and workshops including introduction to AI/ML design on FPGAs. He wrote several ARM based papers and articles and presented at many ARM and Embedded Conferenced in Europe and the US.
