Provisions for the production and use of photo and video recordings

We would like to explicitely point out that in the context of the A + A Congress and the A + A trade fair, photos and video recordings of these events and thus also of the people taking part are made by persons commissioned and / or accredited by us and / or service providers. In particular these photos and video recordings are provided for the reproduction, distribution and publication in the print media, in digital media, on the Internet (e.g. homepage) and in the social media / networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) of the Federal Association for Occupational Safety and Health. (Basi) as well as for use by the press / media for the purpose of public reporting (e.g. in daily newspapers, TV and social networks).

It cannot be ruled out that you can be identified directly or indirectly on the recordings. The recordings are made for the Basi as the organizer and are used for reporting on the congress and advertising, e.g. via our website.

The data processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f) GDPR. The processing is particularly necessary to document the event and to advertise it in the future. In the case of recordings in which the focus is on individually recognizable persons / participants, they are free to object to the use of the recording (s) at any time.

Lectures and Workshops

We ask you to refrain from tape recordings, photos and video recordings of the lectures and / or workshops. In particular, the publication rights of the presentations are reserved by the author
