Military Accommodation

A limited number of rooms are available in close neighborhood to the lecture hall on the premises of the Bundeswehr Medical Academy. The rooms are military basic standard. Not all of them are equipped with an own bathroom.

It is charged with about 12,00 Euro per night.

This year the number of rooms we can provide is very limited. Please be aware that we can not give a guarantee to a booked room. However, if fourteen days have passed since your booking, you can be sure that the room will be available for you. Military and governmental participants will be given priority.

If you do not longer need your assigned military accommodation, we kindly ask you to inform the organizers as early as possible.

Breakfast is available in the barracks canteen. Military participants: Payments are made by charging a personal prepaid electronic value card; for non-German military participants special vouchers approximately will be deposited in the conference office.

The following hotels have been selected that offer a limited number of rooms at special conference rates. In order to make your reservation at the special conference rate you will need a registration code (provided with registration confirmation) and credit card number (onsite self-pay). So please make sure to register for the conference before booking the hotel accommodation.

We offer you the opportunity to get shutteled from your hotel to our conference, so please write us a short shapeless mail to conrad2023@radiation-medicine.de where you have your hotel if you are interested in our service. Therefore we kindly ask you to book prefers one of the above mentioned hotel where we have a limited number of rooms. Other hotels we worked in the past with but which can only be booked individually due to another industrial fair in munich you find below. Of course you can choose any other hotels and we will check if we can offer you a shuttle service.
