Registration fee

Instructions for registrants

  1. (Doctoral) students from universities and other educational institutions will fall in the 'Student' category. All other participants will be enrolled in the 'Regular' category.
  2. FM2023 consists of: Main Symposium, Doctoral Symposium, Tutorials, Workshops (on 2 different days), Industry Day incl. Exhibition and D-CON as a satellite event.
  3. There are different categories of tickets available. Single tickets give access to selected event only. Combi tickets are provided for several events.
  4. We are offering a limited number of sponsorship in form of fee reimbursement for (doctoral) students, participating in FM23. Please refer to: https://fm2023.isp.uni-luebeck.de/index.php/registration/


Acknowledgement

Registration and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.

Cancellation policy

We do not offer cancellation refunds. The cancellation fee is the full registration rate. 
Please use a travel cancellation insurance to minimize the risks.

Code of Conduct

The FME board is committed to inclusive event experiences, respectful of all participants, and free of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation. By attending the Conference you accept the Code of Conduct.

Legal basis

Official organizer of the FM23 is University of Lübeck, Institute for Software Engineering and Programming Languages. Local Organization will be supported by UniTransferKlinik Lübeck GmbH.

The organizers and their authorized representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organizers. German law is applicable.
