Ice Breaker
Monday, 5th May, 2025
We will meet at the Officer's Mess at the Bundeswehr Medical Academy in an relaxed atmosphere. The ice breaker will start at 7:00 pm (building no. 09).
Our Officer`s Mess offers you drinks and some food for a fair price. Please note that unfortunately card payments cannot be accepted at the venue. Payment will be cash in Euro, so please bring some cash with you. You will have to buy a voucher at the beginning of the Icebreaker event. Unfortunately there are no possibilities to withdraw cash within the military area. Of course our team will help you.
Poster-Lunch-Session

This year's poster session will be a special highlight and differ from the usual format. To make the experience even more engaging, we are pleased to announce that a finger food buffet will be available during lunch time (foyer of building no. 02), offering a variety of delicious options for you to enjoy.
While indulging in the buffet, you will have the opportunity to explore the high-quality scientific posters on display and engage in lively discussions with fellow participants or presenters.

You will not need a voucher for the buffet, as you would for the canteen.
Conference Dinner

We are excited to invite you to an unforgettable evening at Ayinger Brewery (Startpage - Privatbrauerei Ayinger). This special event combines bavarian tradition, culture and a culinary experience in an authentic setting. We will start with a brewery tour, followed by the conference dinner.
- Brewery Tour & Tasting

The evening begins at 5:00 pm with a guided tour of Ayinger Brewery which is located approx. 30 minutes south-east of Munich. Enjoy discovering the art of brewing and delicous appetizers combined with a beer tasting on the way. The tour will be conducted in smaller groups. Please note that tickets for the brewery tour are limited and will be allocated on first-come, first-served basis. They must be purchased seperately from the conference dinner ticket. Ticket fee for the brewery tour will be 18,00€.
- Conference Dinner
Starting at 7:00 pm, join us in the brewery's banquet hall 'Sixthofstadl' for the Conference Dinner. A traditional German buffet awaits you, featuring a varietry of local delicacies, including a vegan option. Conference Dinner ticktes will be 85,00€ including a beverage package (beer, local house wine [red+white, per glass], softdrinks and water). Other beverages (e.g. coffee, long drinks, shots) must be payed individually. Tickets must be purchased seperately from the brewery tour ticket.
- Shuttle Service
To ensure a smooth end of the evening shuttle buses will be waiting for you from 10:00 pm onwards to take you back to the hotel or military base. The last bus will leave around 11:30 pm.
- Dress code
Dress to impress in smart casual or embrace the spirit of the evening by wearing Bavarian tradition clothing.
