Military Accommodation
A limited number of rooms are available in close neighborhood to the lecture hall on the premises of the Bundeswehr Medical Academy. The rooms are military basic standard. Not all of them are equipped with an own bathroom.
It is charged with about 12,00 € per night.
This year the number of rooms we can provide is limited. Please be aware that we can not give a guarantee to a booked room. However, if fourteen days have passed since your booking, you can be sure that the room will be available for you. Military and governmental participants will be given priority.
The rooms available are subject to special safety regulations due to their location on a military base. Only citizens of EU member states and North America are eligible to book accomondations directly. Citizens of other nationalities are kindly requested to contact the conference secreteriat via conrad2025@radiation-medicine.de in advance to explore possible solutions together. If you hold a different nationality please don't book without prior consultation, otherwise we cannot avoid a cancellation fee of 20,00€. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.
If you do not longer need your assigned military accommodation, we kindly ask you to inform the organizers as early as possible.
Breakfast is available in the barracks canteen. German military participants: Payments are made by charging a personal prepaid electronic value card; for non-German military participants and standard participants special vouchers will be deposited in the conference office.
Hotels
The following hotels offer a limited number of rooms at special conference rates. In order to make your reservation at the special conference rate you will need a registration code (provided with registration confirmation) and credit card number (onsite self-pay). So please make sure to register for the conference before booking the hotel accommodation.

We offer you the opportunity to get shutteled from your hotel to our conference. If you are interested in our service please write us a short mail in which hotel your are staying to conrad2025@radiation-medicine.de. They can only be booked individually due to another industrial fair in munich. Of course you can choose any other hotel and we will check if we can offer you a shuttle service.
