What’s included & your preferences

Your registration fee includes in person acess to the the scientific program and lunch during the conference (Monday - Wednesday, 31 August - 2 September 2026). Additional activities (mid-conference barbeque, post conference excursion) are at your own cost.

To help us plan ahead, please let us know which of the activities you would like to take part in.

Which days of the conference do you plan to attend? *

The registration fee is a flat fee, there is no reduced rate, but it is helpful to us to know your plans

  • We will have registration on the afternoon of Sunday August 30th, 15:00-18:00. Registration will be in the conference venue, in our research institute adjacent to the public museum, but on this day we will include free admission to the Senckenberg Museum. 

  • Frankfurt is an exciting city with plenty to explore. Following the conference, on Thursday 3 September, we will make a trip to the City Forest (Stadtwald) on the southern edge of Frankfurt. 

    This is an informal chance to walk and talk and possibly hunt for snails. The paths are generally flat and accessible. 

    We would like to book space for a meal at the restaurant Oberschweinstiege - if you are sure you would like to join, please tick this box.
