Academic staff at the Faculty of Psychology, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Teaching Subjects: Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Human Factors, Engineering Psychology, and Occupational Safety and Health Psychology. Currently a doctoral candidate from the University of Jena with a dissertation topic: the role of religion in Occupational Safety and Health. It is a mixed-method study in Indonesia as an example of a religious country. Initiated an interest in OSH research, especially from the perspective of cultural psychology. Previously, worked in the Human Resources area at a coal mining company and a Shoes Factory (Footwear Manufacturer) in Indonesia.
