General Terms and Conditions of Business and Participation for the event

 

Conference Future Offshore of the Federal Association of Wind Energy Offshore e.V. from May 20-21, 2026 in Berlin

 

1 Organizer and registration

 

The organizer of the Future Offshore Conference is the Bundesverband Windenergie Offshore e.V. (BWO), Spreeufer 5, 10178 Berlin. Due to the limited number of participants, we kindly ask you to register early. There is no entitlement to participation in the event of overbooking. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The registration deadline is 20.05.2026. If you register at a later date, access to the event can no longer be guaranteed

 

2 Services

 

The participation fee is per person and event including statutory VAT. It includes conference documents, meals, drinks during breaks and lectures. Payment is due without deduction upon receipt of invoice. Any accommodation services and travel expenses are not included in the event services.

 

3 Participation fee

 

The ticket price includes drinks, catering and a get-together at the end.

 

Participants from public authorities and politics are exempt from participation fees. The tax incurred will be paid by the organizer in the form of a flat-rate tax of 30 percent and will be deducted for each exhibitor.
