General terms and conditions for the XPONENTIAL Europe 2027

1. The Call for Presentation submission shall address one of the eight topics mentioned on the XPONENTIAL homepage..
2. Submission of a Call for Presentation does not guarantee acceptance of the entry. Messe Düsseldorf/AUVSI reserves the right to select relevant presentations with the support of an expert review committee.
3. The submissions must be expert presentations and may not be used for product or service advertising.
4. Presentation language is English
5. Deadline for submissions:  21 August 2026
6. The review process will begin in September, and the evaluations are expected to be completed by mid-October.
