Registration fee

€ 180,00 Regular – Professors and tenured faculty
€ 120,00 Discount 1 -- Postdocs and non-tenured faculty
€ 80,00 Discount 2 – Graduate Students (PhD, MA), Artists, and self/un-employed

Registration and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.

Cancellation policy

• For cancellations received by July 31, 2026, the paid conference fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 25 Euro. 
• For cancellations after July 31, 2026, no refunds can be made.
• Bank administration fees and credit card fees will not be refunded.

The organizers and their authorized representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organizers. German law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Dresden, Germany.
