Participation fee

• Regular: 400 €
  (Early Bird bis 13.09.2026): 375 €
• Student (including PhD): 175 €
  (Early Bird bis 13.09.2026): 150 €

Note: Dinner is an integral part of the conference, but for tax reasons it must be shown separately on invoices (€ 50).

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge until September 15, 2026. Hereafter a processing fee of € 30.00 will be charged. From October 1, 2026, the full amount will be due. A replacement participant may be named.
