Here you can book and submit your presentation for the LOPEC Exhibitor Forum 2025. The cost for a presentation is EUR 280 (net). Presentations are reserved for LOPEC 2025 exhibitors only.

The time slot is 30 minutes. Please note that your presentation should not exceed 20 minutes. Within the 30-minute time slot, you will be introduced by the moderator and will be able to answer questions from the audience at the end of your presentation.

As the available time slots are limited by the opening hours of LOPEC, booking does not automatically entitle you to participate in the LOPEC Exhibitor Forum. The time slots will be allocated according to the date of receipt of the booking. If the LOPEC Exhibitor Forum is fully booked, no further registrations can be accepted.

The deadline to submit a presentation is February 20, 2025.

As part of the presentation submission process, you will create a user account. You will be able to log in at any time to edit your personal information or your submission.
