Sustainability has become an increasingly economically relevant and competitive differentiator for companies. Challenges such as reduction in climate-damaging emissions and environmentally harmful substances, the increased use of renewable energies, increased transparency in supply chains, and ensuring adequate working conditions in terms of EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) continue to evolve. All of which are essential for companies, their employees, as well as for their personal life.
Driving the transition towards a smart and sustainable society is one of the key requirements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to move closer towards a sustainable future. Get ready to join our in-person and online (hybrid) Workshop focused on Green Photonics to learn and to discuss about the different aspects of implementing photonics-driven solutions for a sustainable future. This event is part of a series of events around Photonics for Sustainability and will provide a platform for intensive exchange on how Photonics can support transformation to a more sustainable production, education, and investment.
This three-day workshop is the opportunity for companies, organizations, and individuals to connect with solution providers, researchers, and industry leaders, and explore the possibilities of Photonics supporting a societal transition.
