Welcome to the abstract submission and registration for the Annual Meeting of the German Society for Limnology 2024 in Dresden

To register or submit an abstract, you must first create a user account. If you already have a user account from the DGL 2023 in Cologne, you can log into Converia with login and password from DGL 2023. Login and password of the 2021 conference in Leipzig are no longer valid, as the UFZ-internal version of Converia was used in 2021.

Submission of an abstract

Please indicate all co-authors completely and with the respective institution, otherwise they will not appear in the conference proceedings. The text cannot contain figures and tables and must not be longer than 2.500 characters. However, figures and tables may be included later in the long version for the conference proceedings. After successful submission you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, you have either not completed the submission or have not entered your e-mail address correctly. In such cases, please contact the conference secretariat (dgl(at)fu-confirm.de).

Abstracts can be submitted in German or English. However, to avoid misunderstandings, the presentations must then also be given in the same language.

Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference.

Terms and conditions for the publication

With uploading your abstract you agree to its online pub on the conference website, on the website of the DGL and in the book of abstracts and other publicly available websites/libraries as well as in the printed conference proceedings. You warrant to be entitled to use and publish the submitted material (e.g. pictures, graphics, etc). Furthermore you indemnify the organizers of DGL 2024 (DGL e.V. & TU Dresden) against third party compensation claims based on the publication of your paper or presentation.

Data protection

Your data will be collected and stored solely to organise the event mentioned above. By registering, you agree that your name and any voluntary information about your activities may be published in the list of participants and that we may notify you by e-mail about the next event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

We look forward to welcoming you to the conference.
