This is the submission site for invited speakers of the LOPEC Conference 2027.
 
The Call for Papers has closed. This platform remains open exclusively for speakers who have been invited directly by the LOPEC Conference team.
 
To submit your presentation details, please click on "Submit an Abstract". During the submission process, you will be asked to create an account. This account enables you to log in later using the login box on the left to update speaker profile, photo, and other presentation information. If you already have an account, you can log in directly.
 

Important Dates:

  • Presentation Schedule: From November 23, 2026 onwards, invited speakers will receive detailed information regarding their presentation schedule, including their session, date, and time slot.
  • Publication of the Online Program: The online program will be available on the LOPEC website from December 2026.

  • Structure: The LOPEC Conference features a variety of thematic modules covering the full spectrum of flexible and printed electronics. An overview of all modules and their respective topics is available here.

Important for Invited Speaker:

Invited speakers are requested to submit the details of their presentation via this platform. Please ensure that the submitted title and the essential content of the proposed presentation are final, as this information will be used for the conference program and related communications.

To help promote your presentation in the online program and other conference communications, we strongly encourage you to provide a compelling title, a clear and concise summary of your presentation, as well as a brief speaker profile and a professional photo.
 
Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate and up to date.
 
If the abstract is submitted by someone other than the presenter, the required photo and profile must still be uploaded personally by the presenter and cannot be provided by a third party.
 

Presenter Ticket:

Invited speakers will receive separate information regarding registration and participation conditions.

Please note that additional provisions are set out in the Terms and Conditions for Submitters, Speakers and Co-Authors of the LOPEC Conference. Acceptance of these terms is required during the submission process.
