This is the abstract submission site for the LOPEC Conference 2027.

To submit your paper, please click on "Submit an Abstract". During the submission process, you will be asked to create an account. This account enables you to log in later using the login box on the left to edit your abstract or update your personal information. If you already have an account, you can log in directly.

Important Dates:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by September 25, 2026.
  • Acceptance Notifications: Starting November 23, 2026, all speakers and poster presenters will be notified by email regarding the outcome of the review process and the acceptance of their abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
  • Publication of the Online Program: The online program will be available on the LOPEC website from December 2026.

  • Structure:The LOPEC Conference is divided into thematic modules, covering a broad range of topics in flexible and printed electronics. Short descriptions of all modules and their respective topics are available here to help you identify the most suitable category for your abstract submission.
  • Review Process: Submitted abstracts undergo a rigorous multi-stage peer-review process conducted by an international panel of experts to ensure the highest quality standards.

Important Submission Guidelines:

At this stage, only an abstract of up to 3,000 characters must be submitted; the full presentation is not required. Please ensure that the submitted title and the essential content of the proposed presentation are final. Abstracts are evaluated based on the information provided during submission, and accepted presentations must reflect the approved proposal. Significant changes to the title, topic or core content after acceptance are generally not permitted.

Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate and up to date. To help promote your talk or poster in the online program and other conference communications, we strongly encourage you to provide a compelling title, a clear and concise summary of your presentation, as well as a brief speaker profile and a professional photo.

If the abstract is submitted by someone other than the presenter, the required photo and profile must still be uploaded personally by the presenter and cannot be provided by a third party.

Presenter Ticket:
If your abstract is accepted, you will be required to confirm your participation by purchasing a reduced-rate ticket. This Presenter Ticket is available exclusively to the designated speaker.

Please note that additional provisions are set out in the Terms and Conditions for Submitters, Speakers and Co-Authors of the LOPEC Conference. Acceptance of these terms is required during the submission process.
