The Patient meeting is a EUROMIT2017 satellite meeting organized by scientists in order to share the latest scientific developments in the field of mitochondrial diseases research with patients and their families. The meeting will take place at the German oldest event house - Gürzenich (Martinstraße 29-37, 50667 Köln).
The Patient meeting will partly overlap with the main EUROMIT 2017 meeting and the full program can be found here under “Patient meeting program” (bellow).
The official language of the meeting is English, and we will ensure simultaneous translation of patient meeting lectures in German and the service for other languages will depend on the number of interested participants.
Registration for Patient Meeting will be kept open until 14.06 on our website. The last minute attendees would also be able to register in Gürzenich on the day of Patient Meeting. Please note that in that case the payment needs to be in cash as we do not have a possibility to use credit cards.
The registration fee for the Patient Meeting is 70€ and includes free attendance to all lectures included in the Patient meeting, bag with the conference material, coffee breaks on 14.06. (afternoon) and 15.06 (whole day) and a lunch on 15.06.
You can also attend the Conference party and the fee for this event is 100€. The dinner and party will be organized at beautiful Botanical Garden (http://www.koelnkongress.de/wDeutsch/locations/flora/index.php). In case of need, we will organize transport from the venue to party location in Flora.
