TeamMITO, a team of mitochondrial researchers and cycling enthusiasts working in the University of Helsinki, Finland are planning a cycling trip to Euromit 2017 from Helsinki to Cologne.
They invite everyone who is interested to join their tour.

It is an event for cyclists with different levels of experience, they are not professionals and for most of them it is the first event of such kind. They are planning to cycle 150-200 km/day depending on landscape and weather conditions, so having a decent road or hybrid bike is recommended. They are hoping to have a supporting car with us which will allow them to carry most of belongings there and have light style of cycling.

They hope to raise money for mitochondrial disease research. There is no fee for participants but accommodation and any travelling expenses are self-supported.
