Accessibility Information
This accessibility information applies to the service offered through this ticket shop for event registration and ticket ordering. The ticket shop is technically provided by Converia GmbH and operated independently by the event organizers.

Compliance Status
This ticket shop is generally compliant with the requirements of the EU Directive 2016/2102 and the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). The technical implementation follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at compliance level AA.

Non-Accessible Content
The following content is only partially accessible:

PDF invoices and tickets
Documents such as invoices and tickets are automatically generated as PDF files. Due to technical and economic constraints, it is currently not possible to provide these PDFs with full accessibility features (e.g., tags for semantic structuring). As a result, users relying on assistive technologies such as screen readers may experience limitations in perceiving and navigating these documents.
If you require an accessible version of an invoice, please contact us. We will gladly provide an alternative, more accessible version.

Accessible Features
Our service is based on standardized ticket shop software. The manufacturer (Converia GmbH) has optimized it for digital accessibility. The manufacturer regularly conducts additional automated and manual tests internally and externally. During the software setup, the manufacturer's recommendations were followed to achieve an accessible result.
The following components of the ticket shop meet accessibility requirements:

  • Navigation structure: The ticket shop is optimized for screen reader use. Elements follow a logical order, are fully navigable via tab, and are structured with semantically meaningful HTML elements.
  • Structured content: Content within the ticket shop and other content provided by the organizer team is logically structured and accessible to assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard operation: All functions in the ticket shop can be fully operated using a keyboard. Interaction is possible without a mouse.
  • Colors and contrasts: The colors used meet the contrast requirements according to WCAG 2.1.
  • Payment methods: The payment options offered through our payment service providers are accessible.

Testing Methodology
The accessibility of the system is ensured by the manufacturer through the following measures:

  • Automated tests: Regular tests for semantic correctness, keyboard navigation, and contrast values.
  • Manual tests: Checks by trained testers focusing on screen reader use and keyboard-only navigation.
