The 25th HFSP Awardees Meeting will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from Wednesday, 8 July to Friday, 10 July 2026.
For abstract submission and registration, please use the buttons on the left. Please note that you must create an account on this platform to register for the meeting and submit an abstract.
Once you have created an account on this platform, all further communication related to abstract submission and registration will be managed within and from the platform. Be sure to check your email and spam folders regularly to access the information provided by the scientific and organization committees.

Abstract Submission
HFSP invites all current and new awardees, in particular, as well as HFSP Alumni, to submit an abstract and present HFSP-supported research work at our annual meeting. The abstract submission platform will be open until 11 March 2026 at 23:59 CET.
To submit an abstract, please use the button on the left and follow the instructions on every page. Only abstracts submitted through this platform will be considered for oral presentations, teaser talks, and/or posters. Users can submit at most 3 abstracts.

Registration
Registrations will open soon, in December 2025. Once available, please use the button on the left and follow the instructions on every page to register for the meeting.
