The following topics form an exciting and thematically focused programme from the wide range of submissions. When submitting your abstract online, please select a topic area in which you would like to present your submission, discuss it together or develop it further. Please note that changes may be made by the programme committee.

Urban Health
The urban and social space in which people live has an impact on their health. This requires interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches across all fields of action.

Sustainability
The topic of sustainability focuses on ecological and social issues for innovative, environmentally friendly and socially equitable solutions and the sustainable design of requirements in community health.

Digitalisation
A targeted and reflective approach to health data and digitalisation in community health creates an important foundation for the innovative design of future health services and participation for specific communities.

Diversity and Inclusion
Social and health inequalities highlight the importance of focusing specifically on different groups and communities. At the same time, they demonstrate the need for inclusive and participatory structures.

Prevention and health promotion in various areas of life
Creating healthy environments in which people grow up, live, learn or work is central in community health. Approaches to prevention and health promotion are implemented in collaboration with communities.

Interprofessional perspectives in community health
Community health can only succeed through collaboration. Different professions and fields of activity, such as nursing care, therapy, rehabilitation and social work, contribute important perspectives to community health.

Development of community health
Community health is a young field of research and action that is developing dynamically. This can include (new) methodological approaches, professional fields or the development of new practical structures for the implementation of community health.

Teaching and learning in community health
Teaching community health and collaborative learning form the basis for the further development of community health. Educational concepts, teaching and learning formats, and specific student projects demonstrate how community health is growing.

With various formats the conference provides spaces to discover, discuss and further develop community health.

Oral Presentation
Individual presentations (15 minutes including discussion) can be used to present current research and practical projects as well as initiatives. An individual presentation can serve as a starting point for further discussion, questions and exchange. Several individual presentations will be organised in thematic sessions (usually 60 minutes).

Poster Presentation
A poster presentation (usually 5 minutes) introduces current research and practical projects as well as initiatives. Poster presentations provide a short overview of the topic and are grouped into thematic poster sessions (usually 60 minutes). After the introductory presentations, the poster session offers space for further discussion and exchange between speakers and participants.

Session with Oral Presentations
A presentation session (usually 60 minutes) comprises a maximum of four presentations and allows sufficient time for discussion and exchange on a research or practical project within the framework of the conference. In addition to the abstracts for the individual presentations, a session concept outlining the schedule and moderation is required.

Discussion Forum
A discussion forum (usually 60 minutes) serves as a space for interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary discussion of current issues. A brief presentation is followed by moderated discussions on selected questions. The forum concludes with possible recommendations for action.

Workshop
Workshops (usually 90 minutes) provide an opportunity to work together on technical or methodological issues, approaches or topics. After an initial presentation, the focus is on discussion, collaborative development and experimentation.

Network / Exchange Forum
A network or exchange forum (usually 60 minutes) offers an open space for networking and exchange on a specific topic with participants from research, practice and society.

Submitted abstracts will be assessed according to the following criteria with regard to the objectives of the conference. Contributions cannot always meet all criteria. Nevertheless, the following criteria should be used as guidelines for preparing abstract submissions.

1. Community health relevance
   To what extent does the contribution support the objectives of the Community Health Conference?
2. Applicability and action orientation
   To what extent does the contribution offer opportunities for application?
3. Exchange and networking
   To what extent does the contribution open up space for exchange, networking, discussion or new questions?
4. Quality of the abstract
   Are the abstracts and session concepts relevant, complete and appropriate in terms of language?
