On Poster submission:

Please note, that every accepted abstract for oral presentation, also needs to be presented as a poster. We will provide poster boards with the size 100 cm x 250 cm and recommend to prepare a poster with the DIN format A 0 (84,1 cm x 118, 9 cm, vertical).

On abstract submission:

You need to register in order to submit the abstract.

The abstract submission deadline is 31.03.2017.

The abstract has to be submitted using the form that can be downloaded from our webpage or using this link.

The abstract form is a Word document and contains basic info about the size and formatting. Once the abstract is filled, it must be saved as a PDF document and uploaded to the website.

IMPORTANT! Abstract consists of only one page and has to be in the PDF format. The system does not allow any other form or length of the document to be uploaded.

In exceptional cases, when the list of authors and their affiliations covers majority of the space provided for the (one-page) abstract, a two-page abstract might be approved. This has to be communicated to the EUROMIT2017 office and ONLY upon approval; the two-page abstract can be submitted, according to the instruction that will then be provided.

Oral presentation will be offered to a selected few, after review of abstracts by the Organizing Committee and Advisory Board. If selected for oral presentation, you are still expected to present a poster on the meeting.

A formal letter of approval will be sent to all presenting authors once the abstract is accepted for either poster and/or oral presentation at EUROMIT2017.
