Registration fee

Instructions for registrants
- Registrants from universities and other educational institutions will fall in the 'Academic' categories: Students and Researchers. While those Non-Academic environment, e.g. pharmaceutical companies, etc., will be enrolled in the 'Industry' category.
- Postdoctoral researchers within first two years of their first appointment can also register using “Student” category.
Acknowledgement
Registration, acceptance of abstracts and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations received before March 31, 2017 fee will be refunded completely.
- Cancellations received from April 1 through April 30, 2017 will be eligible to a refund of 80% of the paid registration fee.
- Cancellations received from May 1 through May 31, 2017 will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.
- For cancellations occurring after May 31, 2017 no refunds can be made.
- Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.
Data use agreement
With registration, the participant agrees to the usage of his data by the organization committee.
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Agreement can be revoked informally by writing an E-Mail to: contact@euromit2017.org
